Reflexology is a therapy which works on the principle that there are "reflex areas" on the hands and feet which correspond to all our body parts - the same manner as acupressure and acupuncture manipulate areas of the body in order to have an effect on a different area entirely. A reflexologist will manipulate these reflex areas by a technique of using the fingers and thumb on these zones to enable and achieve a balance within the recipient.

Indian Head Massage is a therapy based on Indian Ayurvedic healing, using massage of the scalp, head, neck and shoulders to stimulate circulation and ease tension in the recipient.

As a diploma-qualified reflexologist and Indian Head Massage practitioner, registered with the Association of Reflexologists and International Institute of Reflexology, you can be confident that you are in good hands. I also have nearly a decade of clinical experience working within the health profession in the UK.
